Last updated: October 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the services provided by cracking.zip (“the Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, along with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Disclaimer & Liability Policy. If you do not accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately discontinue all access and use of the Service.

2. Eligibility & Authority

The Service is intended exclusively for individuals and entities who possess the legal authority to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

3. Scope of Service & Authorized Use

cracking.zip provides automated password recovery tools intended solely for legitimate, authorized purposes—specifically including recovering credentials for archives you own, conducting authorized security audits, participating in Capture The Flag (CTF) challenges, and educational research.

All use of the Service is strictly subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Submitting archives without lawful authorization from the rightful owner is strictly prohibited.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. Operators and contributors make no guarantees that password recovery will be successful or uninterrupted.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. For comprehensive terms regarding warranties, damages, and liability limits, refer to our full Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability.

5. Service Modifications & Termination

The operators reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any portion thereof), and to alter system limits, timeouts, rate limits, or access rules, with or without notice. We may terminate or restrict access for any user suspected of violating these terms.

6. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the use of the Service.
